About
I am a researcher and educator at Copenhagen Business School, where I study how organizations and institutions adopt and govern generative AI and other emerging technologies.
My research sits at the intersection of organizational theory, operations management, and technology studies. Current projects examine generative AI adoption, decision rights and control architectures, and the governance structures that enable responsible AI deployment.
As a member of the CBS AI Board, I contribute to institutional AI strategy and governance. I translate research into practice through teaching, executive education, and invited talks for companies, public organizations, and industry events. At CBS, I have been co-responsible for training programs on generative AI for both teachers and managers, and I remain deeply involved in these discussions going forward. I co-authored AI på arbejde, a practitioner handbook on AI governance. My media commentary on AI, technology, and the future of work has appeared in outlets including DR, Borsen, Berlingske, and Altinget.
